Carolina Pork Barbeque Picnic Plus
4-6 lbs. Picnic (I use Pork butt or sholder)
1 can tomatoes 1/2 cup vinegar 1/3 bottle Worchestershire sauce 1 Tablespoons salt 1 Tablespoon sugar 2 teaspoons black pepper 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper (Chileheads, feel free to substitute any and all types of peppers here!) Cook a minimum of 6 hours and serve on hamburg buns with cole slaw. I got this recipe from a local guy here in South eastern Virginia. I like to add some of Pepper Joe's hot sauses right in the mix or on the sandwich. I particularly like to add my homemade Pepper Joe's habenero sauce. |
