Death Wish Hot Sauce

8 Habanero peppers
2 cups water
2 cups vinegar
2 Anaheim chili peppers
2 Jalapeno peppers
1 Tbs. Horseradish
1 Tbs. chopped Garlic
1 Tbs. Lemon Pepper
1 Tbs. Cajun seasoning
1 Tbs. Onion powder
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1 tsp. Salt

Blend all ingredients until peppers are finely chopped. Pour into large saucepan and bring to a full boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1/2 hr. or until sauce begins to thicken.

Note; This sauce has been deemed unfit for human consumption by some people and should be used as a “joke sauce” for those die-hards that claim you can’t make a sauce too hot for them!!! Personally, I like it!
