Green Sauce.
(Similar to Tabasco brand green pepper sauce.)

1 Cup Cider vinegar
1 Cup Water
1 medium Onion
3 Jalapeno peppers
2 Tbs. Salt
1 Tbs. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Corn Starch (Optional.)
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper

Combine all in blender and blend ‘til onion and peppers are finely chopped.
Pour into sauce pan and bring to a full boil.
Reduce heat and simmer about 1/2 Hr or ‘til slightly thickened.
Makes about 2 cups.

Note; For a sweeter version, similar to Taco Bell, reduce salt to 1 Tbs. and add 1/2 cup sugar.
